Ulefone Armor 9
An interesting smartphone from ulefon's workshop appeared on Kickstarter. It is a model Ulefone Armor 9, which boasts a large battery, increased durability and a thermal camera. Additional accessories include an endoscopic inspection camera, which you can also explore in other inaccessible places, e.g. chimneys or pipes. The originally set financial target was exceeded five fold, and this campaign ends only in a week. Looks like there's still a decent snao-eye after some interesting, durable phones.

The armored smartphone from ulefone has dimensions of 168 × 82 × 15 mm. Reinforced corners are a matter of course, thanks to the larger thickness, a massive 6,600 mAh battery has entered the bowels of the phone. This is non-negligible to prevent the durability of the phone, which complies with IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD810G standards. The phone survives falls from 120 cm to the ground or lasts half an hour to 150 cm underwater. It is not excluded even by taking pictures and shooting underwater videos using the buttons in the side frame.

The phone on the back has a triple camera, which is dominated by a 64MP photochip. An interesting addition is the FLIR lepton thermal camera, so you can see individual objects coloured according to temperature in the camera viewfinder, which can have a lot of use in different spheres of human activity, e.g. when moving in the field or choosing a cooler drink from the fridge. In addition, you can snap a water-resistant inspection camera on the side of your phone to look into otherwise inaccessible areas.

Most of the front is filled with a 6.3" display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pix, in which a selfie camera has hidden into the drop-shaped cutout. The phone's computing power is supplied by the 2.2GHz MediaTek Helio P90, complete with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. As part of your equipment, expect NFC, LTE and interesting accessories for carrying your phone in the field.

The phone will run a clean Android 10 with services from Google. The basic version costs 429 dollars (about 10 thousand crowns), the variant with inspection camera is based on only 500 railways. You can order your smartphone on Kickstarter, the first pieces will be sent to those interested as early as August.
