The news about iPhone 12 devices is familiar. Now, the latest information calls the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max to get the new Time of Flight 3D camera sensors.
The information was obtained after the advent of iOS code 14 early, quoted from 9to5Mac, Wednesday (18/3). Noted, there is a reference code of two of the three devices that will have a ToF camera.
The device numbered d5x code, identified as the iPhone 12 series. The reason, the iPhone 2019 lineup has been identified as d4x in iOS 13 code. It also indirectly mentions, iPhone 12 will not have the sensor ToF.
The Time of Flight (ToF) Sensor will change the way the iPhone camera performs portrait mode and will also work with new AR applications that Apple according to are being developed for iOS 14.
So far, the iPhone only uses the main and telephoto alloy cameras to measure depth, while the ToF sensors are still not needed.
In fact, ToF's sensors offer accurate scene depth mapping. Moreover, the existence of ToF on mobile means the size of the application is no longer a problem to set the space.
Unfortunately, currently the iPhone has not provided an official description. Thus, the rumors circulating are uncertain, although sometimes they do not completely miss.
