Canon EOS R5 User Manual - It seems that Canon is more serious about working on a mirrorless camera. This is evidenced by rumors circulating that the manufacturer will shortly launch their latest full-frame mirrorless with the name EOS R5, as reported by Canon Rumors. The specifications of the camera, also called DSLM (Digital Single Lens Mirrorless), are theoretically promising impressive performance.
This upcoming camera will use a 45 MP resolution sensor with image stabilization in the body (In-Body Image Stabilization/IBIS). The IBIS technology he held was reportedly able to offer 5-way stabilization. If combined lens is supported, the stabilization will increase to 7-8 direction. There is also a continuous shooting speed at 20 fps, but the speed is not informed whether using a fixed or variable AF mode.
In terms of video, R5 specs are no less interesting. Canon Rumours declared the full-frame mirrorless to be able to record 4K resolution at 120 FPS and able to provide 8K RAW resolution up to 30 fps. It should be noted that 4K/120 fps is likely to experience crop sensors to control the temperature and resolution of 8K RAW can refer to timelapse mode.
Other details of this new model have a scroll wheel, the absence of a touch panel, a larger capacity battery similar to that of the LP-E6/N currently used by Canon.
