Canon EOS C500 Mark II User Manual - After more than 7 years the Canon EOS C500 appeared on the market, Canon is now officially presenting its second generation. In the EOS System, Canon EOS C500 Mark II's Cinema line, it brings a series of features and technology enhancements to professional videographers.
Behind the compact and modular concept of the body, the EOS C500 Mark II carries the same sensor as the Canon EOS C700 which is a full-frame 5.9 K 17:9 sensor. The sensor is backed by the Canon DIGIC DV7 processor and offers the capability of recording 5.9 K of internal Cinema RAW Light and 4K 4:2:2 10 bit XF-AVC. It can also record 60fps videos at 5.9 K and 4K resolution, as well as up to 120fps in 2K resolution.
For the Autofocus Canon EOS C500 Mark II carries the autofocus technology Canon Dual Pixel which includes 80% sensor area. To adjust the user style, this camera provides a replaceable Canon EF, PL, and Cine Mount, interchangeable lens mount options as needed.
One of the most interesting features of the Canon EOS C500 Mark II is the presence of stabilizing features. The Canon EOS C500 Mark II is a camera in the first EOS Cinema line to be equipped with a 5-axis electronic stabilizer feature.
