Unfortunately, Olympus does not provide any updates in Olympus PEN E-PL10. The camera still looks similar to the PEN E-PL9 in its design and specification sectors.
The main differences can be seen in the display sector. The 3-inch touchscreen that Olympus PEN E-PL10 brings can now be folded down to make it easier to selfie or create vlogging. According to Olympus, when the screen is folded down, this camera will automatically enter the Selfie mode.
Users are also allowed to choose the E-Portrait option to get more perfect selfie shots with smoother and glowing skin effects.
To photograph, the camera relies on a 16 megapixel MFT (Micro Four Third) Live MOS sensor paired with a TruePic VIII processor. Like the PEN E-PL9, PEN E-PL10 also capable of recording videos up to 4K 30fps resolution, and the body has a 3-axis stabilizer feature. While the autofocus sector is supported, the autofocus contrast-detect system complete with 121 focus points.
For other features, Olympus PEN E-PL10 provides an ART filter effect with Fine Tune option to adjust effect level applied and available Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity.
Olympus PEN E-PL10 is available with a choice of white, black, and brown colors. The camera will be sold only body or standard with M. Zuiko 14-42mm EZ lens package. Also, there is a Double Zoom kit package with M. Zuiko 14-42mm EZ and M. Zuiko 40-150mm F4-5.6 R lens.
There is no info on how much the selling price is further, but it is ensured that the camera will be sliding in the market at the end of November 2019.
