Nikon D850 Manual (PDF) User Guide
Product description:
Nikon announces its latest full-frame DSLR, the D850 type. The camera is equipped with a high specification, one of which is a back-side illuminated-type CMOS sensor that has a 45.7-megapixel sharpness.
This type of sensor is believed to make the camera can handle the low light situation well, although its megapixels are very high. As known, usually, the high megapixel count becomes an indicator of the low quality of shooting in low light conditions.
The Nikon D850 also has a brain processing of its top image, i.e., Expeed 5. This Japanese company deliberately removed the low pass filter, which is commonly used to reduce the effect of moire. Without this filter, the resulting photo should be very detailed.
Other Nikon D850 capabilities are a matter of video recording. The camera is capable of recording 4K UHD video in 30 or 24 frames per second, and 1080p video with a maximum frame rate of 120 frames per second. There is also timelapse video recording capability.
With the shooting support feature, Nikon D850 is equipped with 153 autofocus points (99 cross-type), as it is applied in the D5 type. Nikon D850 is also capable of the shoot at speeds of 7 frames per second at a full 45.7-megapixel resolution. The new camera will have a buffer after the user has shot 51 14-bit RAW photos or 170 12-bit photos.
Nikon D850 can be set to be silent, having a single XQD memory slot and one SD, a battery capable of supporting 1,800 snapshots or 70 minutes of video, and having a 3.2-inch LCD display that can be bent. For connectivity, Nikon EQUIPK the camera with WiFi, Bluetooth, and Snapbridge.
